You have nothing to fear from your differences. In your Insights Discovery Workshop, you’ll learn how to turn the variety of personalities in your team into your greatest asset.  

The Process

1. Before the Workshop

  • Book an introductory call with me
    • We’ll talk about the challenges facing your team, what you want to achieve and how we’re going to get there.
  • Complete an online personality questionnaire
    • Every delegate will receive a questionnaire that will be used to build their individual personality profile.

2. The Insights Discovery Workshop

  • Engage in illuminating discussions
    • Healthy conversations are the cornerstone of every high-performing team.  Probe, challenge and disagree healthily in expertly moderated discussions.
  • Build a common language
    • Use your new found appreciation for the way you and your team prefer to communicate and create a common language that as unique as your people.

3. Post Workshop

  • Embed with follow up activities
    • Enjoy experiential learning following the workshop with a range of ready to use activities to refine your communication style.  Practice difficult conversations, create feedback opportunities, spend time appreciating each person in the team to make Insights the cornerstone of how you communicate and build trust as a team.
