Feedback is complex enough to start with.  However, when we are trying to do it a distance, there are even more barriers.

When we understand colleagues communication needs through the filter of Insights this increases our ability to effectively connect and communicate and provide feedback which lands with them.

  • Learn a simple model to learn how others prefer to receive communication
  • What has to happen for teams to build trust and communication
  • Communication techniques to increase dialogue and collabaration
  • How to get maximum input and feedback on virtual meetings
  • Email, telephone, video meeting – what is the best forum for providing feedback
  • Providing feedback in a way that helps others to take action.

What will you learn?

  1. Review the communication style and challenges of each colour preference.
  2. What is the response to feedback from different colour preferences.  how can we naviage this with our language?
  3. What are the conditions for different colour preferences to have effective feedback conversations.
  4. Two effective models for delivering effective feedback and exploring how these should be flexed for different colour preferences.

This workshop will help you and your team increase communication and trust and hence be in a portion to provide high quality feedback to each other.  This leads to increased collaboration and productivity.
