Leaders have a tough job; they need to motivate, develop[, engage and guide the people they lead through today’s challenging times.  That job is even harder when you are leading virtually and don’t have the benefit of face to face time for feedback and developmental conversations.

Reading climate and mood is also hard in a virtual team and this makes it tougher to shape culture and engagement.  This programmes helps leaders to explore their leadership strengths and challenges when leading in a virtual environment so they can be more effective in their remote roles.

How do we create effective virtual training sessions?

The Leading in a Virtual Environment session is a two-hour virtual event using Zoom or similar technology.  The session is designed so that the delegates can enjoy interactive exercises and group discussion, while being guided through engaging learning content by an expert facilitator.

The session includes a per-learning module that delegates attend before the main session to understand the main concerts we will be exploring.

Job aids and activity sheets support the planning and implementation backon the job afterwards.
