How do we create effective virtual training sessions?
The Leading in a Virtual Environment session is a two-hour virtual event using Zoom or similar technology. The session is designed so that the delegates can enjoy interactive exercises and group discussion, while being guided through engaging learning content by an expert facilitator.
The session includes a per-learning module that delegates attend before the main session to understand the main concerts we will be exploring.
Job aids and activity sheets support the planning and implementation backon the job afterwards.
