Yes. Juicing The Lemon is a licensed Insights Discovery® provider, and every workshop is led by a fully accredited Insights Discovery® Practitioner with real business experience, not just a training background.

Where does Juicing The Lemon deliver Insights Discovery® workshops?
We deliver Insights Discovery® workshops in person and virtually across the UK, including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
What size teams do you work with?
We work with everything from small teams of 6 to 20 delegates, right up to large scale keynote events of 100 or more. Whatever the size, the workshop is shaped around what your people need.
Can Juicing The Lemon accredit our own staff as Insights Discovery® Practitioners?
Yes. We are licensed to deliver Insights Discovery® Accreditation (IDA), enabling your own people to become licensed Insights Discovery® Practitioners. This means the people who already understand your organisation can lead the change themselves, embedding Insights into how your teams communicate, collaborate and make decisions long after the workshop ends.
Is Insights Discovery® only for team building?
No. While it is widely used for team development, Insights Discovery® is also used for leadership development, sales effectiveness, performance management and organisation wide change programmes.
What is Insights Discovery®?
Insights Discovery® is a simple, four colour model based on the psychology of Carl Jung, designed to help people understand themselves, understand others and get the best from their working relationships. It builds self awareness, improves communication and creates a shared language across teams.

Since 2016. In that time we have delivered over 900 workshops to more than 100 organisations across the UK.
Who leads Juicing The Lemon’s workshops?
Every workshop is facilitated by a fully accredited Insights Discovery® Practitioner. Our team combines Insights accreditation with genuine business backgrounds across sectors including FMCG, commercial leadership and sales, so the guidance you get is grounded in real workplace experience, not just theory.
