How does it work?
Step 01
Insights Explore App
Users register for the Insights Explore app and complete a 16 frame evaluator.
Step 02
Receive Profile
Once completed the user receives their Insights Explore profile which is available on any device.
Step 03
Colour Energies
The profile provides an overview of the users individual style by examining the four colour energies. Including: strengths, weaknesses, communication styles, and opposite types.
Step 04
Insights Explore App
Once the user has developed a deeper understanding of themselves and of others, they can proceed to share the Explore profile with colleagues and managers, to build stronger relationships.

The tool employs the Insights Discovery® four-colour model to determine your unique combination of colour energies.
