What to Expect
During the Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA), we will cover all the essential aspects of working with Insights Discovery. It is assumed that delegates possess one to two years of facilitation or coaching experience.
Additionally, delegates should be familiar with Insights Discovery, having participated in a workshop or undergone a coaching session with their profile. A basic understanding of other psychometric tools or theories would also be highly beneficial.
The IDA Four-Day Course
Upon registration, you’ll start with a brief online module to prepare for our sessions, which can be conducted either face-to-face or virtually. Once completed, here’s an overview of how the four-day course will unfold:
